b) WhatsApp Messaging Data: Our platform processes messages, contact lists, media files, and conversation data that Customers send or receive through WhatsApp as part of using our service. This data is processed on behalf of the Customer.
c) Usage and Technical Data: We automatically collect information such as IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, session duration, and platform activity logs to operate and improve the service.
d) Payment Information: We collect billing-related information such as billing address and transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled directly by our third-party payment processors and are not stored on our systems.
e) Support Communications: If you contact us for support, we may collect the content of your communications, including attachments, to resolve your issue.
